Exhibitor Guidelines

The South Carolina Writers Workshop (SCWW) would like to invite exhibitors to participate in our 18th annual conference on October 24th – 26th, 2008. We continue to welcome independent presses, booksellers, and publicists, as well as companies offering products and/or services to writers.

The cost of an exhibit table for the weekend is $250, and includes a ¼ page ad in our conference notebook. The deadline for ads is September 22.

Independent booksellers who are currently sponsors of our literary journal, The Petigru Review, will receive a $100 discount.

Please Note

Due to the prohibitive expense, conference meals and admission to conference sessions are not included in exhibitor fees. Exhibitor conference meal plans are available at cost:

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and breaks from Friday breakfast – Sunday morning break: $235
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and breaks from Friday dinner – Sunday morning break: $185

Individual Meal Tickets are also available:

• Friday Dinner $50 per ticket (Buffet)
• Saturday Lunch $25 per ticket (Buffet)
• Saturday Dinner $50 per ticket (Plated Dinner)

Exhibitor meal plans do not include admission to conference breakout sessions - only meal sessions.

In lieu of purchasing sponsor conference meal plans or meal tickets, exhibitors may register for the conference and choose the meal plan that meets their requirements.

For exhibitors not interested in attending any conference sessions or meals, The Hilton offers several onsite dining options.
